After earning her Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Ottawa, Yasmin has diligently worked on a wide range of complex immigration cases, including temporary and permanent residence applications such as visitor visa applications and extensions, study and work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA), spousal sponsorships, Express Entry programs, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), temporary resident permits, humanitarian and compassionate applications, responses to procedural fairness letters, as well as citizenship, criminal rehabilitation, and judicial review applications.
