DEV Jasmine

Jasmine Dev is a graduate of the University of Leicester and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. As a law student, she worked at a high-volume criminal law firm, where she completed her articling. She is now a criminal defense lawyer, focusing her practice on defending criminal charges across Ontario in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Criminal Lawyers Association.

Jasmine has represented individuals charged with a wide range of offenses, including traffic violations, violent crimes (including domestic offenses), theft, firearms offenses, drug trafficking, mischief, distribution of intimate images, uttering threats, and all forms of sexual offenses.

Jasmine has a strong understanding of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the exclusion of evidence obtained in an unlawful manner.
