Ms. Annabel E. Busbridge was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2014. She joined the litigation team at Bertrand Deslauriers after a year of voluntary service in Mali with Lawyers Without Borders Canada. Prior to that, she gained valuable experience at a law firm specializing in class actions in Montreal.Ms. Busbridge represents clients before a wide range of judicial bodies, including the Federal Court, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec, and the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Juris Doctor from the University of Montreal, as well as a degree in Psychology and International Relations from the University of British Columbia.She was a member of the Executive Committee of AQAADI (the Quebec Association of Immigration Lawyers) from 2021 to 2024, regularly acts as a speaker, and contributed as an author to Droit de l’immigration et de la citoyenneté, 2nd edition, published by Lexis Nexis.Ms. Busbridge brings an exceptionally personalized and empathetic approach to her work, with meticulous attention to detail.
