VOLCKAERT Florent

Florent primarily works on domestic and cross-border commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and complex corporate restructurings. He also advises clients on general corporate law matters, corporate governance, and dispute resolution. Additionally, he has specific experience in the restructuring and governance of public sector entities and in estate planning.

Florent has lived and worked in Paris and New York. His international experience has provided him with a strong global perspective and a deeper understanding of the needs of international clients.

After earning a Master’s degree in law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2013, Florent obtained an advanced Master’s degree in economic law from Université libre de Bruxelles in 2014. He joined Stibbe's Brussels office in 2014.
