I am a partner in the Belgian Corporate and Finance department. I assist companies and financial institutions with a wide range of financial and corporate transactions and advisory matters.

Laure joined the Brussels Corporate and Finance department in 2022. She advises on various aspects of corporate law and financial law.
Education and Qualifications
Laure studied law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She also completed the European Corporate and Finance Excellence Course organized by Maastricht University.
She received the René Marcq Award in 2022.
