Margaux has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions. She has assisted numerous Belgian and international clients (including private equity firms and other institutional investors) in local and cross-border M&A transactions, representing both sellers and buyers.
Margaux is committed to achieving the best possible results for her clients through a thorough understanding of their needs and the provision of pragmatic advice.
She obtained a master’s degree from the University of Ghent in 2014 and completed the Stibbe MBA Highlights program at INSEAD in 2020. Margaux joined Stibbe’s Brussels office in 2014.
