Jeremy has vast experience in seeking or defending interim relief applications and has successfully obtained interim injunctions, freezing orders, and Norwich Pharmacal orders (compelling a third party to disclose details of an alleged infringer) for clients in the luxury goods sector.
Jeremy also has extensive experience in registered and unregistered design disputes and copyright litigation for a diverse range of products, including jewelry and luxury fashion, plastic containers, artwork, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods.
In matters involving platform liability, Jeremy specializes in strategies for combatting intellectual property infringements in the digital world, as well as advising on the potential liability of technology platforms.
As part of his practice in the breach of confidential information, Jeremy has significant experience in arbitration, particularly before the LCIA, SCC, and ICC. Jeremy specializes in technical arbitration, with cases ranging from chemical compounds used in deodorants to chemical processes. Many of his arbitration cases involve substantial claims for damages.
