INGHELBRECHT Tobe

He assists businesses, financial institutions, and public authorities with a wide range of complex issues in the fields of contract law, commercial law, banking law, and insolvency law. Tobe has extensive experience representing clients in court and is also highly skilled in contract drafting and legal advisory. He is the author of several publications in these specific areas of law.

Tobe holds a master’s degree in political science (2009) and a master’s degree in law (2013), both obtained from Ghent University. Since 2018, he has been a teaching assistant at the Institute of Law of Obligations (Instituut voor Verbintenissenrecht) at KU Leuven. Tobe joined the Brussels office of Stibbe in 2013 and completed the Stibbe MBA Highlights program at INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) in 2020.
