Leveraging his particular knowledge of outbound cross-border transactions from Asia to Europe, he now heads Stibbe’s China desk.Jan is co-chair of the Cross-Border Investment Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) and a director of the Belgian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Tax and Legal Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce.Jan also serves as Stibbe’s International Relations Partner, coordinating the firm’s relationships with other firms worldwide.Jan graduated in law from KU Leuven in 2002.
