Mr. Rafik RABIA is a lawyer registered with the Bar Associations of Algiers and Paris.He primarily practices in the fields of corporate law / mergers & acquisitions and competition law / distribution law. Specializing in business law, he assists both national and foreign companies in their establishment and international development.As part of business expansion, he is involved in the negotiation of mergers & acquisitions, partnership agreements, and the creation of joint ventures.With significant experience in competition law, he regularly serves as an expert before the Algerian Competition Council. In this capacity, he advises national and international companies on distribution law and competition law compliance.
