Master Lawyer Halimullah KOUSARY

Halimullah Kousary served as former director of research and legal team leader at the Centre for Conflict and Peace Studies (CAPS) in Afghanistan and former associate research fellow at S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS) in Singapore. Mr. Kousary joined SHAJJAN & ASSOCIATES as executive director/hrm in 2018. He has over 11 years of progressively responsible professional experience. At Shajjan & Associates he works with the clients on taxation, tax compliance, business registrations and renewals as well as writing detailed tax reports.Mr. Kousary worked in Singapore, Afghanistan and in Pakistan in various roles and functions such as research and evaluation, project implementation, finance and human resource management. He has a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) and a Master in Strategic Studies from Singapore.
