DivinaLaw was founded in 2006 by Attorney Nilo T. Divina. Starting with five lawyers from various legal practice areas, the firm initially distinguished itself in corporate legal practices, particularly in business takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate rehabilitation. By championing a dynamic approach to law—being swift, proactive, and results-oriented—DivinaLaw has quickly become one of the largest law firms in the Philippines, now employing over 100 lawyers, and the number continues to grow.
