Azar Bolandgray’s practice is focused on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial office, retail and industrial leasing, and the negotiation of property management, commercial listing and commission agreements. Ms. Bolandgray’s commercial leasing practice includes all aspects of commercial leasing, from small scale, individualized projects to complex, large scale industrial, retail and office tower developments.  She has represented both landlords and tenants in all aspects of drafting and negotiating varied real estate transactions. Representative projects include several business parks, industrial projects, multi-use retail developments and office complexes in California and other states.  Ms. Bolandgray represents several major landlords and asset/property management companies in both local and national transactions.
