Anne Kindling dedicates her practice to healthcare and hospital law, administrative and regulatory defense, and civil litigation involving insurance defense and commercial disputes such as non-compete agreements. As an associate and later a partner at another Kansas law firm, Anne regularly represented healthcare providers in defending medical malpractice claims as well as in regulatory, peer review, and other areas of healthcare law. In 2007, Anne left private practice to work in risk management at Stormont-Vail HealthCare, Inc., where she oversaw insurance and medical malpractice claims for the organization and its employed healthcare providers, and managed healthcare risk and compliance liabilities.
