Tresina attended Roger Williams University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in December 2021. Throughout her legal studies, her extracurricular activities included serving as the judicial clerk for the ABA Diversity Clerkship, regional director of the National Black Law Students Association, and treasurer of the Environmental Law Society. Before law school, Tresina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville, with a minor in pre-law. Tresina is currently licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Before joining Stange Law Firm in Bloomington, Illinois, Tresina worked as a regulatory compliance and technology analyst at Beacon Hill Staffing, where she utilized AI and advanced legal technology to analyze complex regulatory frameworks, develop accurate metadata strategies, and conduct compliance assessments, providing actionable insights to support decision-making. Prior to this role, she gained diverse legal experience, including managing corporate compliance files as a corporate legal assistant, drafting memorandums and analyzing legal issues as a judicial intern, and mentoring law students on legal writing and citation standards. Tresina also has a strong background in patent law, with experience in preparing USPTO filings, managing files, and supporting litigation logistics.
