Wills & Probate where he drafts and reviews the drafting of wills, deeds and powers of attorney and his work also involves advising on the administration of estates and conducting probate litigation where there are disputes;

Residential & Commercial Conveyancing where he reviews, edits and drafts the forms, deeds, agreements for sale and leases for our conveyancing department;

Corporate Law where he deals with the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, articles of association of companies and partnerships and deeds related to mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, as well as advising clients and conducting litigations in Company Law related disputes, he also assists the firm in drafting and advocacy;

Commercial Law where he deals with the review and drafting of commercial contracts and agreements and related litigation;

Immigration Law where he deals with appeals and judicial reviews;

Family Law where he deals with divorce related matters, ancillary relief and children proceedings;

Employment Law where he deals with reviewing and advising on contracts and agreements as well as conducting Employment Tribunal Litigation;

Housing Law where he deals with landlord and tenant disputes;

Personal Injury where he deals with the litigations based elements;

Public Law where he deals with client disputes with local authorities, councils, public bodies and conducts the associated litigation;

General Appeals & Judicial Review where he deals with all kinds of Appeal and Judicial Review work, especially in terms of drafting the pleadings and conducting advocacy; and

Ethics & Compliance where he assists with the ethics and compliance matters of the Firm’s legal practice.
