Majda is a partner who leads one of AMJ’s litigation departments, specializing in commercial and civil disputes in Arabic. She is also an expert in Oman’s labor law and a well-known lawyer before the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Oman.

Majda has extensive experience handling a wide range of civil, commercial, Sharia law, and employment cases. She represents a large portfolio of major national and international companies across various industries in dispute resolution, litigation, and defense of claims before Oman’s courts.

Majda is highly regarded as a specialist in the liability of air carriers, maritime disputes, and regulatory law, and she has developed a niche practice as a defense attorney for leading international airlines operating in Oman in product liability claims.

Majda is only the third female lawyer in the Sultanate of Oman to have audience rights before the Supreme Court. Given her in-depth knowledge of Omani law and judicial procedures, she is often instructed in high-stakes cases as the lead attorney before Omani courts and in arbitration tribunals in Oman.

She is actively involved in community initiatives and social responsibility projects aimed at raising public awareness of Omani laws and the role of lawyers in civil society.
