CODDINGTON Andrew

Andrew is a Senior Partner in AMJ’s Banking and Finance team and has extensive experience in corporate lending and finance, specializing in commercial, acquisition, and real estate finance. He has also worked on numerous asset, project, and Islamic finance transactions. Andrew has practiced in London, Moscow, and the British Virgin Islands with large international law firms. He has particular experience in Eastern European markets, especially Russia and the CIS, having worked on a wide range of Russian, CIS, and Central and Eastern European transactions during his 10 years of practice in the region. Andrew is recognized by Chambers Global and has led two transactions that won Deal of the Year awards from Trade Finance magazine.
