AL GHAILANI MAADH

Maadh is a founding partner and head of the litigation team at K&Co. He is well regarded in litigation circles due to his talents in commercial, criminal and labour disputes which have led him to work on major criminal and civil cases. He holds a Bachelors degree of Law from Sharjah University.

Maadh initiated his career at one of the largest law firms in the Sultanate, immediately after completing his studies, where he diversified his experience across numerous departments over 10 years. Maadh has extended his efforts into uplifting educational opportunities as showcased by the numerous seminars and events on law he has organised in association with the Omani Lawyers Association, of which he is a member of the Board of Directors.

Maadh excels in handling complex legal cases of criminal and civil nature and is considered an established member of the Omani legal society. Litigating in numerous multi-million commercial claims cases, Maadh’s success is atributed to his delivery of strong legal arguments and advocacy skills. Maadh furthermore specialised in advocating several public fund cases before the Criminal Courts and is an expert in the industry
