HARGREAVES Alastair

Alastair Hargreaves is a practising Solicitor (England and Wales), Guernsey Advocate and the Managing Partner of Ferbrache & Farrell LLP.

Prior to founding Ferbrache & Farrell LLP in 2016, Alastair worked as counsel at a global offshore law firm for many years, and before that he was a partner in a top tier UK law firm.

His background is in real estate, and particularly matters relating to complex commercial property (UK and Guernsey), planning, and environmental/regulatory law issues. Alastair is also called upon to advise on housing law, immigration, and he appears in the Royal Court of Guernsey for applications of various types.

His typical clients are lending institutions, family offices, corporate structures, family-owned businesses and HNWIs.

Alastair has a reputation for being a proactive, and commercially astute problem-solver with over 25 years of experience.
