MCGUFFIN Todd

Todd is Head of Disputes and Risk at Babbé and specialises in contentious insolvency, funds and trust matters. He has extensive experience in areas such as fraud, constructive trusts and tracing, trustees’ and directors’ duties, financial services regulatory issues and disputes with a multi-jurisdictional element. He frequently advises stakeholders and local and foreign insolvency practitioners in corporate distress situations. Todd combines technical expertise with substantial advocacy experience at both trial and appellate levels.
