KIVI Andres

Andres advises clients on various everyday business matters (real estate, contract, commercial, labor law) and strategic decisions (transformation or termination of operations), represents them in negotiations of transactions and out-of-court agreements, as well as in dispute resolution both in administrative proceedings and in pre-trial commissions (e.g., public procurement contestation commission, labor dispute committee, rent committee) and in court proceedings.

Andres has assisted clients in several large-scale and long-term development projects, including the planning, development and construction of production, commercial, commercial, residential buildings and infrastructure objects, both as an owner, tenant, developer and contractor representative.

Andres has extensive previous experience with public procurements, having acted in the roles of contracting authority, tenderer and supervisor, which allows Andres to be involved in the planning and execution of public procurements, represent contracting authorities and tenderers in contestation procedures and contracting authorities in disputes regarding the use of structural funds.
