ABDELMAGEED Mohamed

Mohamed is an Associate at the firm’s corporate team. He built a hands-on experience in guiding and assisting clients in respect to all legal compliance requirements including but not limited to assisting and supporting energy companies for obtaining licenses and renewing the validity of their licenses, obtaining licenses from EETC, EgyptERA, the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), Industrial Development Authority (IDA), Commercial Register Authority, Egyptian Mineral Resources Authority, New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), Notary Public Authority, and Tax Authority.

Mohamed also has experience in the IP sector; he deals with the International Trade Development Authority (ITDA), in handling trademark registration procedures, filing petitions, challenging refusal decisions, appeals trademark registration oppositions and obtaining work and residence permits.

Mohamed is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association since 2008 to practice before Egypt appellate courts.
