RIAD Mohamed

ohamed Riad has more than 20 years of extensive legal experience across diverse jurisdictions and industries.

He began his career at top-tier law firms in Egypt, where he worked for over six years before transitioning to the GCC. In the GCC, Mohamed worked with international law firms, including Dentons, and served as the General Counsel for Fawaz Al Hokair Group in Saudi Arabia. His global experience also includes three years in London with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Throughout his career, Mohamed has handled a wide range of legal matters, including banking & finance, corporate law, capital market transactions, anti-dumping and international trade cases, export and import regulations and customs compliance. He has represented numerous local and international companies in high-profile transactions.

Currently based in Riyadh, Mohamed leads the firm's Saudi Practice, leveraging his in-depth understanding of Saudi law. For over three years, he has been at the forefront of advising clients on navigating the dynamic Saudi legal landscape, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted legal expert in the region.
