STAUN Amanda

Amanda advises on all areas of IP rights. She is specialized in IP litigation and dispute resolution, including in particular cases concerning patents or trade secrets.

Having worked with IP disputes and litigation since 2015, Amanda has extensive experience in advising on court proceedings within the area, including preliminary injunction and preservation of evidence proceedings. Over the years, she has assisted in a number of high-profile cases before the Danish courts, especially concerning patents, but also in relation to trademarks and name rights.

Finally, Amanda has advised on several M&A transactions and commercial contracts, where IP is the focal point.
