Anders Stubbe Arndal specialises in the regulation of energy companies, mergers and acquisitions, company law, and litigation and arbitration – primarily energy law disputes. Anders became a partner in 1999 and was managing partner from 2019 to 2022.
Anders has advised energy businesses since 1993. Over the last 20 years, businesses in the power and natural gas supply industries in particular have experienced dramatic changes to their governing conditions. Anders' detailed knowledge of the regulatory framework coupled with his vast experience in company law and mergers and acquisitions have made him a sought-after adviser, and he has assisted with a range of important events in the energy sector. Anders has been involved in practically every major transaction over the past ten years in the Danish energy sector, as well as many of the high-profile and noteworthy legal actions brought before the competent public authorities.
