DALIPI Nina

Nina joined our team at the end of her studies.

As an associate, Nina participates in the legal research and drafting of legal opinions in various legal areas as well as assists in drafting contracts. She also regularly participates in due diligence exercises and the preparation of transaction documentation.

Nina received her master’s degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb and during her studies she gained international experience by spending a term at the esteemed university in the Netherlands University of Maastricht, Faculty of Law where she completed courses in the field of corporate law and the law of the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU).

In the academic year 2022/2023. for the project Rule of Law Education (ROLE) Croatia 2023 within the European Law Students’ Association she was awarded the Rector’s Award for the Socially Useful Work in Academic and the Wider Community.
