Professional Experience:

Since 2022, Ulyana has experience in resolving disputes related to business activities, including disputes related to the conclusion, modification, and termination of contracts, nullification of transactions, disputes arising from non-performance or improper performance of contracts, and corporate disputes. Additionally, Ulyana is involved in studying and analyzing judicial practice.

Professional Experience:

• Providing legal assistance in the pre-litigation stage, conducting preparatory work for establishing a solid evidentiary base.
• Participating in resolving corporate disputes related to the alienation of shares, stakes in the authorized capital, and involvement in resolving cases of appeals against decisions of the general meeting of participants in business entities.
• Participating in resolving debt recovery disputes arising from supply contracts, paid service contracts, employment contracts, loan agreements, etc.
• Preparing legal opinions on issues arising during the legal support of disputes before courts and arbitration institutions.
• Drafting, preparing, and analyzing various types of legal documents.
• Providing legal advice to clients on issues related to the enforcement of enforcement acts.
