TAVERA ROJAS Maria

Maria Tavera Rojas, née Semenikhina, is a Swiss and Russian national. After an internship as a lawyer in a Geneva firm, she acquired solid legal skills by working as a compliance officer and legal officer within leading banks and trading companies in Geneva. Having resumed the free profession of lawyer in Geneva, Maria practices mainly in the areas of commercial and corporate law, banking and financial law, economic criminal law, contract law, foreigners' law, private international law as well as than family law. In the course of her activities, Maria regularly cooperates with a strong network of lawyers, jurists and consultants based in various foreign jurisdictions, notably in Russia. She is particularly appreciated for her qualities as a mediator and the search for individual and creative solutions in the best interest of her clients.
