Lidi Anne Zhu is a Chinese Economist and Lawyer.  With degrees from National Economic Management Heilongjiang University, and John Moores University in Liverpool in the United Kingdom. Lidi Anne was called to the Chinese bar in 1998 and also has also completed her master’s degree in management science and engineering at the university of petroleum in China.

Lidi Anne Zhu has been engaged in legal affairs for more than 20 years. In 2007, she specialized in foreign-related legal work. As the general legal adviser for overseas projects of Shengli Oilfield of Sinopec, I participate in and organize contract negotiations for major foreign-related projects in Shengli Oilfield both in the homeland and abroad; as a member of Sinopec Legal Expert Group, I had unique opinions on legal risk research and practical prevention of petroleum engineering projects. In the project practice of Shengli Petroleum and Gas Project in more than ten countries, such as the Middle East, Indonesia, Nigeria and Mexico.
