S. LEGUM Brian

Brian S. Legum is a partner in the Newark office of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill, P.A. His practice is focused primarily on car accidents, wrongful death, workers' compensation, and products liability .

Mr. Legum goes above and beyond to get his clients the compensation they deserve. He understands the stress experienced by those who have been injured, whether in a car accident, on private property or on the job. He works to put clients at ease, while maintaining a clear focus on how to build a strong case against those responsible for their injuries. He is a committed advocate and a skilled negotiator.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, he works one on one with Spanish-speaking clients from their initial consultation to the closing of their case, alongside his fully bilingual support staff. Mr. Legum is honored to be able to use his Spanish language skills to ensure that his clients have a deep understanding of their cases, while educating the community at large on their workers’ compensation and personal injury rights.
