Chen Siang Liew

Liew Chen Siang graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Laws in 2008. He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2009. In 2015, he joined Messrs Low and Partners as a partner.

At Low and Partners, Chen Siang leads the Conveyancing and Banking Division, focusing on real estate matters. He specializes in preparing security documentation, including loan documents for various commercial banks, investment banks, and other financial institutions. He has extensive experience advising clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, corporate and personal banking matters. His clientele ranges from individuals to financial institutions, property developers, and publicly listed companies.

Chen Siang’s expertise includes representing and advising various property developers, corporations, and institutions in acquiring and/or selling agricultural, residential, industrial, and commercial lands and buildings, as well as in developing and selling completed properties. He advises developers on project development, ensures compliance with all regulatory matters, and negotiates with financial institutions for project financing.

Chen Siang has leveraged his broad legal knowledge and skills in banking and conveyancing to create distinctive and effective legal strategies for his clients. He also actively engages with the public by giving lectures and seminars on property-related matters.
