Peng Yeo Soo

Yeo Soo Peng graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2009. She was admitted to the Malaysian Bar and qualified as an advocate and solicitor in June 2010, subsequently becoming a partner at Messrs Tee & Teoh.

Ms. Yeo has extensive experience in property conveyancing, particularly in handling, reviewing, negotiating, and drafting sale and purchase agreements related to the sale and purchase of residential, commercial, and industrial properties—including direct sales from developers (project sales) and sub-sales between individuals and corporations—as well as in preparing various bank loan documents. She is actively involved in business development, collaborating with real estate agencies and loan centers, and often speaks at various conferences and sharing sessions on real estate transactions for property negotiators and financial planners.

Ms. Yeo has a strong interest in real estate investment and began studying and researching this field early in her career. This background allows her to better understand business perspectives and the legal challenges faced in property transactions. She firmly believes in providing practical, tailored, and business-oriented solutions to meet her clients' needs.

Living by her belief in discovering one's passion and pursuing it, dreaming, and achieving it, she is now a partner at Messrs Low & Partners, heading the Johor Bahru branch at Southkey Mosaic, Mid Valley Southkey.
